Investigate the evidence
Preserve supported documents and provenance while extracting the pricing facts that can actually support a resolution.
ZEODEC Product 03 · Commercial deployment
Your ERP finds the exception. ZEODEC resolves it.
Order Resolution takes a pricing exception from evidence through deterministic resolution, policy-controlled authorization, verified approval where required, controlled price execution and a truthful Resolution Receipt.
The problem
A blocked B2B sales order can force operators to search contracts, customer POs, price lists and communications before anyone can safely correct the order.
Preserve supported documents and provenance while extracting the pricing facts that can actually support a resolution.
Quantify the consequence, apply trusted policy and require verified approval when materiality or policy demands it.
Send only the already-authorized price correction through a trusted integration and record execution truthfully.
Resolution workflow
The product separates investigation, evidence, economic consequence, authority and system action so a plausible answer cannot silently become an uncontrolled economic change.
Real customer input
Order Resolution supports ordinary pricing evidence and direct digital PDFs with embedded text without turning document extraction into economic authority.
Supported contracts, price lists and customer POs can be submitted directly with original filename and original-byte integrity preserved.
Supported structured and textual evidence flows through the same deterministic pricing-evidence path.
Malformed, encrypted, no-text, oversized or contradictory inputs fail explicitly instead of fabricating a supported price.
Authority and control
Economic authority remains explicit. Callers cannot rewrite trusted policies, spoof approval identity, override the supported target price or choose an arbitrary execution destination.
Policy permits the supported correction without additional human approval inside the configured authority boundary.
A verified principal must approve the already-supported price before the controlled action can execute.
Insufficient evidence, material conflict or policy can stop automation and surface the case for human handling.
Execution paths
Order Resolution does not claim universal ERP compatibility. The first commercial release supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central plus a trusted customer HTTP execution boundary.
A first-party execution path for the supported B2B pricing correction workflow.
A narrow server-configured boundary for customers that expose their own controlled order-price endpoint.
Operational confidence
The product keeps resolution state separate from execution state. A recommendation, approval or prepared action is never presented as an applied system change.
Evidence, recommendation, authorization, human decision, execution record, version and receipt remain retrievable.
Idempotency and execution identity prevent a successful retry from becoming a second economic mutation.
Stale ERP state, target rejection, transport failure, authorization failure or invalid acknowledgement never becomes a false success.
Designed for
The first commercial deployment is intentionally focused on organizations with an identifiable pricing-exception workflow, operational owner and supported integration path.
Teams handling blocked orders, commercial exceptions and release decisions across customer and contract evidence.
Functions responsible for pricing governance, customer commitments and operational consistency.
Teams where delayed or incorrect pricing resolution affects release, invoicing, recovery or downstream control.
Controlled commercial deployment
The first deployment is qualified against the supported evidence path and either Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or the trusted customer HTTP execution contract.
ZEODEC then validates the full path from authenticated intake through evidence, resolution, authority, execution and Resolution Receipt before production use.
