Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026. This notice explains how personal data may be processed when you visit zeodec.com, contact ZEODEC or continue to third-party services linked from this website.

1. Who is responsible for the processing

ZEODEC is currently operated as an independent, unincorporated software brand by Antonio Orlando. For the processing described in this notice, Antonio Orlando acts as the data controller where he determines the purposes and means of processing.

Privacy contact: antonio@zeodec.com.

2. Data processed when you visit the website

The public ZEODEC website is primarily static. It does not currently provide user accounts or a first-party contact form.

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, security and related infrastructure. As part of operating and protecting the website, technical request and security data may be processed by Cloudflare in accordance with its services and policies.

ZEODEC also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare states that this analytics service does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not use cookies, localStorage or fingerprinting for analytics.

3. Email and correspondence

If you contact ZEODEC by email, we process the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organisation, message content and related correspondence, in order to respond, manage the relationship and keep appropriate business records.

Email delivery and routing may involve service providers including Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft and Resend, depending on the direction and handling of the communication.

4. ClaimPrism checkout and licensing

Links for ClaimPrism Free and ClaimPrism Pro may take you to a checkout or licensing environment operated by Freemius. The Freemius checkout is external to zeodec.com. Freemius processes checkout, payment, licensing and related customer information under its own privacy notices and contractual framework.

Where ZEODEC receives customer or licence information from Freemius for product delivery, customer support, account administration or commercial records, that information is processed only for those relevant purposes.

5. Purposes and legal bases

  • Operating, securing and delivering the website: legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and functional online presence.
  • Responding to enquiries and business correspondence: legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps requested before entering into a contract.
  • Providing ClaimPrism, administering licences, purchases and customer relationships: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract.
  • Meeting accounting, tax, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations where applicable: compliance with legal obligations.
  • Marketing communications, where consent is required: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be shared only where necessary with providers supporting the website, communications, checkout, licensing, payment processing, security and related business operations. Current providers may include Cloudflare, Freemius, Resend, Google and Microsoft.

These providers process data under their respective contractual terms, privacy documentation and applicable data-protection obligations.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are handled using applicable safeguards made available by the relevant provider, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised transfer mechanisms.

8. Retention

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to manage correspondence, provide products and support, maintain required business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods can differ depending on the category of data and the relevant obligation.

9. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may exercise applicable rights by contacting antonio@zeodec.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
