ZEODEC / Terms
Terms of Use & Purchase
Last updated: 5 September 2026. These terms describe the current conditions for using zeodec.com and ZEODEC products, including ClaimPrism and ARRM, together with the purchase, licensing, subscription and support boundaries that apply to the commercial product experience.
1. About ZEODEC
ZEODEC is currently operated as an independent, unincorporated software brand by Antonio Orlando. Current ZEODEC products include ClaimPrism and ARRM — Agentic Revenue Regression Monitor.
Questions about these terms or product support can be sent to antonio@zeodec.com.
2. What the products do
ClaimPrism is software designed to help teams detect environmental marketing claims, connect supporting evidence, coordinate review workflows, monitor changes and maintain internal claim-governance records.
ARRM is a deterministic economic release-gate designed to compare caller-provided baseline and candidate measurements and identify materially adverse economic regressions before release. ARRM returns explicit release-control outcomes based on configured metrics, thresholds and evidence rules.
ZEODEC products are operational software tools. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice, and they do not replace any review or decision that applicable law, contract or internal governance requires a user to make.
3. Website and software use
You may use the ZEODEC website and ZEODEC products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable product plan, licence, subscription and technical requirements.
You are responsible for the systems, environments, data, access permissions, backups and third-party services under your control that are used with a ZEODEC product.
4. ClaimPrism plans
ClaimPrism Free provides the discovery-focused feature set made available for the free plan. ClaimPrism Pro adds paid governance capabilities associated with the selected commercial plan.
Features, plan limits and pricing are those presented on the current ZEODEC product page and in the applicable Freemius checkout at the time of purchase.
5. ARRM Early Access
ARRM is currently offered as Founding Early Access. The current commercial path includes a 14-day evaluation followed, if the customer chooses to continue, by a recurring subscription at the price shown on the ARRM product page and checkout.
The current Early Access price is $99 USD per month per team. Early Access scope, features and pricing may change for future purchases, while completed transactions remain subject to the terms and price presented for that transaction and any applicable mandatory rights.
6. Checkout, payment and taxes
ClaimPrism paid purchases are processed through Freemius. For transactions completed through the Freemius checkout, Freemius acts as the external Merchant of Record and handles the checkout transaction, payment processing, applicable sales taxes or VAT, subscription administration and related buyer-facing purchase records under its own terms and policies.
ARRM paid subscriptions are currently processed through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes payment and related billing information under its own terms and privacy documentation. Where applicable, transaction-specific tax, billing and payment information is presented in the Stripe checkout.
The information presented in a live checkout forms part of the purchase context. If a checkout-specific billing, tax, payment or buyer-rights term differs from a general description on zeodec.com, rely on the transaction-specific information presented in the applicable checkout together with any mandatory rights that apply.
7. Licences, entitlements and subscriptions
Paid ClaimPrism access requires a valid licence for the selected plan and site count. Licence activation, subscription status and paid-product delivery are managed through the Freemius licensing infrastructure integrated with ClaimPrism.
ARRM access requires a valid ZEODEC-issued entitlement for the applicable evaluation or paid period. Payment through Stripe does not itself transfer ownership of ARRM or grant rights beyond the applicable subscription and entitlement scope.
Where a plan is sold as a recurring subscription, renewals and access to subscription-dependent paid updates or services follow the subscription terms presented at purchase. Access credentials, licences or entitlements must not be shared or used beyond the purchased scope.
8. Refunds and cancellations
For ClaimPrism, the refund policy applicable to a purchase is the policy configured for the product and presented through the Freemius purchase flow or related buyer-facing terms.
ARRM Early Access subscriptions may be cancelled for future billing periods through the applicable Stripe subscription or customer-management mechanism made available for the transaction, or by contacting ZEODEC. Cancellation does not create a separate refund right beyond any right required by applicable law or expressly presented at checkout.
ZEODEC does not create a general refund promise on this page that overrides transaction-specific checkout terms or mandatory rights.
9. Support
ZEODEC provides first-line support for product questions, installation or activation issues, product defects, billing triage and reasonable usage questions through antonio@zeodec.com.
If a billing, payment, tax, subscription or account issue requires action within Freemius or Stripe, ZEODEC may use the relevant provider mechanisms to resolve or escalate the matter. No guaranteed response-time or service-level commitment applies unless ZEODEC explicitly agrees one in writing.
10. Product limitations and user responsibility
ClaimPrism outputs depend on the content available to the software, the configured environment and the scope of the implemented rules. ClaimPrism does not guarantee that every environmental claim, legal issue, factual deficiency or regulatory obligation will be identified.
ARRM decisions depend on the measurements, scenarios, metrics, thresholds and evidence supplied or configured by the user. ARRM does not guarantee that every business risk, technical defect or economic consequence will be identified, and it does not replace the user's responsibility for release governance and production decisions.
11. Third-party services
ZEODEC may rely on third-party services for hosting, checkout, licensing, payments, email delivery, security and related infrastructure. Current providers may include Cloudflare, Freemius, Stripe, Resend, Google and Microsoft. Those services operate under their own terms and may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
ZEODEC is not responsible for changes, outages or policies controlled solely by an independent third-party provider, although reasonable efforts may be made to restore or adapt affected integrations where they are part of product delivery.
12. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, ZEODEC product names, branding, website content and proprietary software components remain the intellectual property of their respective owner or licensor. A licence, subscription or entitlement grants only the right to use the software within its applicable scope; it does not transfer ownership of the software or ZEODEC intellectual property.
13. Privacy and cookies
Personal-data handling associated with zeodec.com, correspondence and ZEODEC commercial flows is described in the Privacy Policy. Current cookie and similar-technology use is described in the Cookie Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website, ZEODEC products, commercial models, service providers or operating requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version.
Changes to these public terms do not by themselves rewrite transaction-specific rights already established by mandatory law or the applicable purchase terms presented when a transaction was completed.
15. Contact
For product, support or terms questions, contact antonio@zeodec.com.
This page is intended to provide clear operational and commercial information for the current ZEODEC setup. It does not replace professional legal advice where formal legal review is required.
